My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Saltimbocca

"Very good, true to the recipe. I would say cooking past 8 mins with the broth is overdoing it. I used basil vs. spinach. The kids loved it. "

Reviewed Mini Beef Wellingtons

"I used a London Broil cut of beef and did the rest of the recipe as she said. I also used a bit of white wine and garlic with the mushroom/shallot mix... The time to cook the meat was too long before hand i think. 2 mins on each side is too long for a cube of beef. The fun little parcels were great except the meat was overcooked after being sauteed and then baked for 20 mins at 400 degrees.. Next time I will do a filet and sautee for 30 secs or so on each side!!
