Reviewed Roast Beef with Marsala Gravy

"First time making this. Beef absolutely delicious but VERY rare. I like rare meat but this was REALLY rare, even for me. Next time I will increase temp to 375 for the remaining cook time. Reviewed Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Sausage Balls, Tomato-Basil Sauce, Cacio e Pepe Potatoes and Roast Broccolini

"Just made the meatballs and the broccoli today. Deelish. Meatballs were super easy to make and very good. I used turkey sausage becasue there was no chicken at the store and I used broccoli vs. broccolini for the same reason. I will definitely make this again. Not sure I'd make it with potatoes as a side, but would go great with a pasta. ""
