Half-and-Half: 12% fat
Light Cream: 20% fat
Light Whipping Cream: 30% fat
Whipping Cream: 35% fat

Pretty rude comment! Scott meant "The Meatballs turned out way better than the Lasagna did", did you even watch the show? Maybe you should learn how to read between the lines!

P.S. I used the Chicago Metallic Meatball Baker. It can be found in the FN Store or on Amazon. I like my meatballs browned, not crispy fried. This keeps them from swimming in grease. The recipe doesn't tell you to cover the meatballs, but he did on the show! I did not cover mine...

I would go with how fatty the ,meat your using is. I used 80/20 ground chuck and my ground pork was very lean. I buy minced garlic in quart jars because I go through it so fast. So I believe that I just skipped that step. Just click on the EPISODE title above-Homegrown and Homemade. Next airing is June 27th. Just check back, it airs pretty often....

Try using about 12 slices, that is what it calls for in an old recipe I have that is very similar to this one for the amount of beans used.

To save a recipe look to the left, there are several icons, the second one down that looks like a red flag/banner is save. Just click on it, if the save is successful it will turn black.

From an old recipe I have, I would say about a cup, but that depends on your taste.

I already know what this recipe will taste like as I have a similar one given to me a long time ago. It doesn't have onion in it and it uses dry mustard. No Molasses, but a lot of brown sugar. It calls for 2 one pound cans of pork and beans in tomato sauce, now you know it's an old recipe, and uses 1/2 cup of ketchup. My recipe says to cook at 325...
