"Good taste.....but I have made this bread four times and it always comes out cakey. Not chewy like bread....but crumbly like cake. I don't know why, but I will keep searching for a recipe with a better texture."

Reviewed Lemon Cake
"Hands down, best tasting lemon cake EVER! It was some work, but I will never use a box cake again. I wish it were a little less pound cakey in texture, but the flavor of the lemon was phenomenal. The next day it was even better. The third day I made it into french toast.....and needless to say I will never want plain bread again! It was lighter and softer than when I first baked it. Thumbs up, Ina!
