Reviewed Coconut Cake
"I just made this coconut cake today and it was delicious!!!!!! So easy to make too, I don't know why they consider this an intermediate recipe. The only thing I did different was I put double the vanilla extract (as that was all I had in my cupboard at the time) and I used 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter for the frosting. Still came out great.
