About Me
I dont cook often. But, I am a very good cook when I do. I love simple, elegant, gourmet cooking. Althought, I wont snub my nose at a good ol' fashioned mac n cheese casserole.
I dont have patience for complicated recipes. My time is far too taxed for that. I do however, forgo that policy for cocktails. I'll mix and shake, flambe and bruise to my hearts content for the most exotic libations. I should have been a chemist.
