"This recipe is amazing. The combination of the spicy pork and sweet/tangy dipping sauce is an explosion of flavor! We tried using our peppermill to grind the spices , but the red pepper flakes slipped through. I did find an inexpensive Swiss-made spice grinder at Marshalls, and am making this recipe for the second time tonight. Thank you S"
