These are VERY GOOD but please start with half the salt! Ina's recipes are wonderful BUT she is a little heavy handed with salt I always start any of her recipes with half the salt! Ina's recipes are always yummy! TRUST her!

Watched the show today there is NO WAY anyone should slice their turkey breast that has been cooked over the uncooked dressing then re-bake! This did not make sense and orange juice in dressing? Very good BUT I have found out with all Ina's recipes that I cut the salt by half even using Kosher salt! She likes food very salty and when using lemon zest very tart, it is just her palate. So I always cut the salt and zest! I love her recipe's and show!!! Her books are great!"
