Reviewed Avocado Salad with Tomatoes, Lime, and Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette
"I didn't measure the ingredients for the vinaigrette as specified, just kind of threw in a little of each until it tasted delicious. Sounded like way too much oil to use anyway. I also left out the cumin seeds. Great blend of flavors though. How can you go wrong with avocados, arugula, cilantro and tomatoes. Yum!"
