Reviewed Grandmother Paula's Red Velvet Cake

"If you follow this recipe EXACTLY this cake is wonderful!! I noticed in many of the reviews who didn't like it, they made changes to the recipe or forgot/left out ingredients. I made this for my in-laws Christmas in 2009 and was asked to bring it again this year. Last year it was one of many desserts but this year it was the STAR! Everyone loved it. Especially in baking, you have to follow the directions to the letter. I don't believe you should review a recipe if you haven't made it as written.

Reviewed Cheesy Polenta

"Try this for a delicious and unusual side dish. My husband doesn't try new things easily and he had three helpings! I have some left over and can't wait to try either sauteeing or baking it and serving with a marinara or other sauce.

Reviewed Asian Marinated Pork Tenderloin

"This recipe was very easy & flavorful. My family loved it! The orange zest really adds to the flavor and helps it stand out from other asian marinades. I have also used this to marinate chicken legs and then broil them - delightful!

Reviewed Not Your Mama's Green Bean Casserole

"I am really NOT fond of the traditional dish and we always seem to have leftovers that nobody wants to eat up. I made this recipe to take to my in-laws' and came home with a clean dish! Everyone loved it and my sister-in-law asked for the recipe so she could take it to her in-laws'. I think this might become a new Thanksgiving tradition for us!
