Reviewed Vegetable Parmesan

"I have made this several times now. It is really good. I use more sauce than it calls for and I don't add any salt. The last time I made it I used a local grocery store's "Grandma's Pomodoro Sauce". I used 3 jars to make a batch and a half. As long as I was grilling veggies I figured I would make an extra 8" square pan to freeze. This is well worth the effort! "
