About Me

Totally into grilling and baking bread. Lived in South Texas for 10 years and learned from some of the state's greatest grill masters.

I have been featured in an article in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch with a pork butt to die for.

As crazy as it sounds, my home made Chicken Soup is a 5 generation old favorite.

I am a certified BBQ judge by both the KC and St. Louis BBQ Society.
