Reviewed Cracked Pepper Potato Chips with Onion Dip
"This dip was delicious. A great (and healthier alternative to french onion dip. My potatoes needed longer to crisp than the recipe stated and yes, some of the edges burned a bit, but I found then charmingly rustic and quite good.

Reviewed Irish Soda Bread
"This recipe is great. The dough comes together in no time and the bread is delicious.
Reviewed Beef Bourguignon
"Ina's recipe for Boeuf Bourguignon is superb. This makes an elegant and easy meal for company, especially because it can be cooked ahead and then reheated before serving. I normally need to cook the beef a bit longer than the recipe calls for to get it properly tender, but otherwise the recipe is flawless.
Reviewed Asian Braised Beef Shank with Hot and Sour Shredded Salad
"I made this recipe as written, except I used a chuck roast. It was delicious! The end result was like an Asian version of Boeuf Bourguignon. I can't recommend it enough!
Reviewed Moroccan Chicken Tajine
"I made this recipe as written. The end result was... fine. I found it quite bland, which is the opposite of what a true Morroccan tajine should taste like. Most of Ina Garten's recipes are great. I recommend skipping this one, though.
