My Activity

Reviewed Spanish Chicken and Potato Roast

"Pretty good. It would be easy to double this recipe to make a lot more food, which I will do next time. The chicken had good flavoring but I think it would taste even better if marinaded overnight to really absorb the seasonings. Also the chicken does take a lot longer to cook than the 12 minutes it says; more like 25 for all the thicker parts to "

Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy

"I followed the recipe exactly and it was so delicious. I did have to add more oil since there was barely any left to make the gravy, and added more flour than called for. But the amounts are all accurate and I used about 3 1/2 cups of milk for the gravy. Also the meat did have to cook longer than 2 minutes per side to get cooked through... but man"

Reviewed Real Meatballs and Spaghetti

"This was extremely easy and sooooo tasty, especially considering the simple ingredients. I would prefer it to be a little saucier but it is full of flavor as is. The seasoning is perfect! A little time consuming, it really was about 2 hours as it says, but the boyfriend loved it and so did I. I followed the recipe except I made the meatballs with "

Reviewed Salisbury Steak with Brown Gravy

"Very good. I left out the mushrooms since I don't like them and followed the recipe otherwise. The gravy was perfect and served with mashed potatoes and salad, this is a great dinner. I was very light with the salt and pepper and still it was very flavorful. It was a hit with the boyfriend and I!"

Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

"A very simple recipe for some kicked-up pork chops. I love pork chops even just with salt and pepper, but this was delicious and so easy. It was a hit with the boyfriend and will definitely be made again. I only omitted the lemons but since another reviewer says the lemon juice is a must, I'll include that next time."

Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

"Very easy to make and a big hit for my boyfriend and I. The ingredients are simple and most of them should already be in the pantry, but I think the little bit of baked cheese and bread crumbs really make the difference for this dish. I made the recipe exactly as is, and it will be a regular dish for us now."

Reviewed Pasta with Peas and Sausage

"Not a terrible recipe. I did think there was too much liquid going on considering the 2 cans of peas with liquid PLUS water; I didn't even add the full amount called for, and it still came out a bit watery and bland. I like peas but there were just too many. Every ingredient sounds good but the amounts are not right, I may go through the reviews f"

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

"I have made this a couple times so far, and it is very easy to make and delicious! Definitely will be a regular dish in my home. I followed the recipe exactly except for the bread, I just bought Italian style bread crumbs. Well, and I added some extra cheese cuz the more cheese the better to me. It's the only Chicken Parmesan recipe I've made but"
