"I made this dish for the first time for my holiday party and it was a big hit. I was nervous because I had never made it before and it's probably wise to make it at least once to see how it turns out, but I took the risk and it paid off. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I didn't add the ham because I could find the Italian ham that I wanted, but no one missed it. I doubled the recipe which made quite a bit of pasta, but most of it went. Give yourself time for the heavy cream to reduce in 1/2 because it did take a while. Great recipe. Definitely give it a go.

"I made this for the first time for my holiday party. Probably not the best idea for a first time try, but I lucked out it came out great. Everyone loved it. I baked them in my 6 ramekins which fit perfectly and it was a nice touch. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I left out the beans because I wasn't sure if everyone would like it and I just put the whole 8 oz package of cream cheese instead of 6 oz. I will try with the beans next time to see the difference.
