Reviewed Tequila BBQ Spare Ribs

"Thank you Guy for another great recipe! Well let me sum it up this way...Well I cut out the Tequilla sauce only cause of the kids. I did however grill the ribs first and then after an hour, I threw them in the oven to slow cook in a Dr Pepper marinade I use allot with pork for another hour. The last 30 minutes I coated it with a Hickory BBQ sauce "

"Top notch to say the least! The aroma that fills the whole house is enough to make anything and everyone hungry! The only thing I did different is I added a bit more of the spices again at the end when browning the pork. If you want to try something that will not take allot of effort but will amaze those that will be eating it.....Cook this recipe"

Reviewed Grilled Bratwurst with German Potato Salad

"Went by recipe and the bratwurst was good but the potatoe salad had too much mustard. Guess that is why I am not German. I agree with some of the other comments to substitute with brown sugar if you don't like too much mustard. Sorry only gave 3 stars as I followed recipe and I threw half of it away."
