Reviewed Low-Fat Cheesecake
"This is a great recipe! Very easy to make also-this was only the 2nd time i ever made a cheesecake. My whole family loved it, but we are not fond of the lemon zest; so we'll omit it next time. We will definitely make this one again and again! I even had to substitute Splenda for the remainder of the sugar(because i only had 2/3 cup of sugar before i ran out!). My hubby still loved it and he hates splenda desserts generally!!
