It was one tasty soup to have. I suggest to work with the five spice beef shank first since it requires 2 1/2 to cook, then work on follow the broth instructions. We used a bordeaux for the red wine; instead of some random red wine. Not sure if other red wine taste better or not. My husband really loved it and we had it for our Chinese/Vietnamese"
