Thank you, Ina! Every recipe of yours I've tried has been wonderful, and this was no exception! I used haddock, as that was the only wild caught white fish at my grocery store today. I sauted mushrooms and onions in a little olive oil and added that to the sauce. We ate every delicious bite! The sauce was superb!"
