Reviewed Red Potato Salad

"I love potato salad in general but this recipe is fantastic! I didn't have dijon mustard so I used regular mustard and added honey, which I think using regular mustard gave it a little more of a kick and the honey toned down the acidity from the vinegar. I did add more mayo to make it a bit creamier. I also added boiled eggs and dusted it with cay""

Reviewed Sugar Heart Sandwich Cookies

"I made these for this past Valentine's day and LOVED them. I made a few changes though.. I did it with chocolate chip cookies with good ol Betty Crocker bagged mix (those are preferred by my hubby) added corn syrup to keep the cookies moist, and added extra pomegranate juice to get more flavor. They were so good and everyone loved them."

Reviewed Low-Fat Scalloped Potatoes

"I was nervous making this recipe because I've never had Gruyere cheese but it came out pretty good. I think using onions, a little parmesean cheese and garnishing with chives would make this even better. It was a quick and easy recipe nontheless!

Reviewed Bacon Wrapped Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken, Green Beans and Smashed Potatoes with Green Onions

"I LOVE this chicken recipe. I stuffed the breasts with only spinach and feta cheese after pounding out the breasts a little. I also followed a suggestion to sear the chicken w/the bacon in a pan for 5 mins on each side first before baking it. I also love any of Rachael's "smashed potatoes" because they're so easy and delicious. This recipe could be used again and again with different stuffings and still be awesome.
