I made these today for a dinner party tomorrow. The recipe in Pioneer Woman's Cookbook stated 1/2 cup milk, the recipe here says 1 cup milk. I used 1 cup for the 8 potatoes and it was soupy and runny. I then baked two more potatoes added those, and boiled 6 more new potatoes and mashed them into it.
