Reviewed Potato Casserole

"Pretty good stuff! Everybody liked it! A lot of prep on it, but I'd do it again.

Reviewed Bacon-Cheddar Meatloaf

"This is probably the best meatloaf I have ever made, let alone eaten! I have made it twice now. Both times I used Venison. This time I doubled the bacon and used 1/2 pound Bambi, 1/2 pound Pork and 1 pound of chuck. Plenty moist. I use a two part pan that lets the grease drip through the bottom. I also doubled the hot sauce in the meat mixture. I like spicy so that was good for me. Next time I will change the glaze some. I should have re-read the reviews on that before I made this one. There are some good ideas there! I did use kethcup instead of tomato paste, but only cause what I had was old and I didn't trust it! It came out great! Some Mashed Taters and Corn and a little Bread and Butter and I'm in Heaven! YUMMY!!!! A little Reisling didn't hurt either!!
