Reviewed Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Sour Cherry Sauce

Very, very good!! I skipped the skillet step because I don't have a skillet that can go into the oven. So, I placed the bacon-wrapped tenderloin in a 9" x 13" baking dish along with the shallots and poured in a little chicken stock and baked the tenderloin in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
