Easy to prepare, quick [assuming you use previously deveined and peeled shrimp] and very tasty, but do not overcook shrimp. I would suggest reducing boiling time at end of recipe by one or two minutes. I substituted andouille sausage for more spice and because kielbasa is not available where I live in Mexico.
