Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates and Vanilla-Pecan Butter

I tried making this recipe twice, first time the quantities were not correct...way too much pomegranate seeds and butter. Second time was better but I still didn't like this dish. The molasses was excellent but the chewy seeds texture was at odds with the tender brussel sprouts. The Vanilla butter didn't seem to go with the taste of the sprouts...
