It's pretty simple - I posted one for you. Apparently, you find it acceptable to rate a recipe one star because you can't Google a simple remoulade sauce.You didn't rate the recipe, you trashed it because someone omitted an accompaniment that actually isn't even mentioned in the recipe or description of the dish.

If you can do simple math you can scale it down yourself. Good job of bringing down the rating of a good recipe because you don't like the search engine, and are incapable of scaling a recipe...
