Fantastic recipe. Thanks, Aida, it's an absolute winner and one of the best dinners I've ever made! My official Thanksgiving and snow day go-to.
I highly recommend getting up an hour early before work and washing/chopping everything. It all keeps fine in the fridge (though the potatoes will oxidize) and makes cooking go that much smoother....
