This was incredible, and easy! Better than the Maine version (cold lobster in Mayo). I used potato sandwich buns and also toasted them in butter before adding the lobster. You can add chopped chives or green onion too. Delicious and decadent!"

Best popover recipe I've tried, and foolproof if you follow it exactly! Use unbleached flour, and to warm the egg - drop it in warm water for 5 min. You can use Pam on the pans, and oil in the batter if you'd like. Serve with garlic butter...fantastic and delicious! I've used 1% milk and it still works fine but whole milk is best.""
