My Activity

Reviewed Roast Pork Loin with Apples

Reviewed Skillet Chicken and Ravioli

"Recipe was very easy to make, although I did make a few changes, based on others suggestions. I added a large, sauteed onion, and substituted dry vermouth, in place of vinegar. I also added a few more cherry tomatoes, and some basil. Instead of kosher salt, I used seasoned salt.

Reviewed Roast Pork Loin with Apples

"Wow!! This was really great. I'm not one who usually likes loin of pork( I've found that 8 times out of 10, no matter how careful I am, it usually turns out a little too dry. But I wanted to make something special for my wife, so I tried this, and I was extremely happy with the way it turned out. Seering the juices in definitely made a huge difference. I just wish I had more room in my pan for extra vegetables. Easy to make, attractive to the eye, and delicious. I will definitely be making this again real soon.
