"Everyone at my house loved this recipe. We cooked 8 pieces of catfish in a large casserole dish and followed the basting sauce recipe exactly as directed in the recipe. It made a LOT of sauce. Next time I will half the recipe for the sauce. Will definitely be making this again since we are trying to add more fish to our diet.

"These were excellent. So light and delicious. Would be a great recipe for plain hush puppies if you prefer to omit the jalapeno peppers. Personally, I like them with the peppers.
