Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Stew
"What a perfect meal. One of my favorite Tyler recipes, and I've tried most. I'm not a fan of beef stew but it was actually cold here (FL) and it seemed like a good idea.
My kids ( 5 and 6 LOVED it) as did my husband. The orange totally makes it. I added some random left over white raisins too.

Reviewed Vegetarian Reuben Sandwich
"Delicious - and filling. Loved it without the pickles. Although i love pickles it was better without. Used tofurky brand peppered "meat" and no one missed the pastrami. Plus it costs about half as much. "
Reviewed Vegetarian Paella
"Wow - absolutely wonderful flavor - I added more paparika (smoked) and used yellow rice - since saffron is super expensive - cooked a little longer - used tofukry brand kielbasa - amazing and no one would guess it was vegetarian. Reviewed Chicken-Zucchini Alfredo
"I couldn't tell the difference and the recipe was so easy, my husband was able to follow it. (his previous culinary experience include grilled cheese and tuna salad!)
Next time I might add another veggie, like asparagus. ""
Reviewed Creamed Spinach
"I quadrupled the recipe for a large crowd, lacked flavor, had to doctor it alot. ""
Reviewed Company Pot Roast
"Perfect. Add the cognac. I sent my husband to buy brandy or cognac. For him it was the perfect excuse to buy the best cognac. It's nice when the whole family participates!""
Reviewed Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin Mac n Cheese
"I used low fat sour cream but added some velveeta. Used low carb pasta and no one ever knows the difference.
Creamy, tangy, and kids actually ate! ""
Reviewed French Onion Soup
"My husband said it was the best French onion soup he'd ever had and the kids loved the cheese. I opted to put the bread and cheese in the soup and baked at 425 for about 10 min. Perfect.""
