Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

Since discovering this recipe, it is the only one I use to roast chicken. I do sub out the butter on the bird for olive oil, however. I also prefer to use whichever organic winter vegetables look best at the time I make it, and use an organic bird for better flavor. ""

Delicious! I have made this twice now. Once according to the original recipe, and once adding a touch of sesame oil and substituting kelp noodles for mung bean. Both were fantastic!
