"This sauce is amazing. I've tried several other bolognese recipes and this one is the best by far. It is fairly easy to make, doesn't take too long, and makes a good amount.
I agree with the other reviews that suggest halving or omitting the cinnamon and nutmeg. I followed the recipe exactly and you can literally smell the cinnamon and nutme"
