I did halve the recipe, but this only turned out ok for me. The middle was pretty good, but all along the outside edges, the pasta noodles were hard....like too aldente....and the top was too dry. And, it was very messy to eat, and the layers ended up separating as we cut into it (even with steak knives!) and turning into a big blob on the place."

So easy to do, my husband made it for us while i dictated each step while feeding the baby. We halved the recipe, and used TJs already-cooked lentils to cut down on time. Because some reviewers said that it turned out bland, i kicked up the seasonings by putting in TJs 21 spice blend and some cayanne pepper. Turned out great! I'm eating it again"

Just made this, and both of us thought it was yummy! Changes that I made were that I microwaved for 7 minutes (a previous reviewer scared me a out exploding a potato in the micro, and after hearing it 'singing' in there, I freaked...), then baked them at 400 for 5 more mins. I used TJs fat free ricotta and TJs vegan mozzarella instead. Surprising"
