I did halve the recipe, but this only turned out ok for me. The middle was pretty good, but all along the outside edges, the pasta noodles were too aldente....and the top was too dry. And, it was very messy to eat, and the layers ended up separating as we cut into it (even with steak knives!) and turning into a big blob on the place."

So easy to do, my husband made it for us while i dictated each step while feeding the baby. We halved the recipe, and used TJs already-cooked lentils to cut down on time. Because some reviewers said that it turned out bland, i kicked up the seasonings by putting in TJs 21 spice blend and some cayanne pepper. Turned out great! I'm eating it again"

I used TJs fat free ricotta and TJs vegan mozzarella instead. Surprising"

I used tilapia, some hot paprika for a little kick, and sprinkled in some '21 spice mix' from TJs (I love that stuff on all dinners I cook!). And, I put some pee"

I rarely write reviews anymore for recipes that I choose and make (and I pick a different one to make practically every night), but this was good and I had to speak up since saw some reviews on here stating it was bland. Mine turned out delicious, even the hubby said so! It is easy to make and healthy. I used TJs organic brown rice and Spanish sa"

Reviewed Roasted Pork Loin with Cider and Chunky Applesauce

Dec 13, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

Very yummy, and turned out moist, juicy and delicious (My first time cooking a loin roast, and I was worried about it being too dry or undercooked in the middle)! However, After 30 minutes in the oven, my pork wan't even starting to turn brown! May have been my fault, as I put it on middle rack instead of the top. So, after almost an hour, I moved...
