This is OK. What I do is after the EVOO I add the juice of one lemon (drizzle over all), 3 tblsp. white wine, 3 cloves sliced garlic, (In place of salt) grated parmisano and/or romano cheese liberaly distributed. Lower heat to 350* and cook until cheese starts to brown. (approx. 15 minutes)"
