Reviewed Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey Butter
"I just cooked these for Thanksgiving and will be serving them tonight (hopefully they reheat ok-- I think they will. I tried a bit and they're really good, just needed a bit more salt. I did have to increase the cooking time a lot, but I was also doing two pans at once. Great recipe for those who aren't into the mashed type with marshmallows. And to answer the question-- it's always the dark orange ones, not the yellow. The orange are labeled yams in the store, but that's wrong. The yellow ones are starchy and gross.
