"Can I just say FABULOUS!! I just made these and had my teenage daughter (who does not like figs) eat one before I told her what it was. She's now a FIG FAN! I used a honey flavored goat cheese for a little added sweetness and a small touch of the red pepper flakes for a a hint of spice. So easy to make, very quick and perfect for a cold snowy eve""
Reviewed Halibut with Balsamic Glaze
"I had a beautiful piece of fish that sadly was not done justice by this recipe. I used a high quality balsamic and honey but there was no flavor to the fish. Even after marinating. It needed some salt at the least. Maybe next time I'll add the third tablespoon of honey to give it some sweetness but I was very disappointed. ""
