Reviewed Ancho Chicken Tortilla Soup
"i'm usually never a fan of rachel ray recipes...but this soup is AWESOME! i used Anaheim peppers because my store didn't have Ancho. i also added a bottle of beer like others said she did in the episode, and i added another cup more of chicken stock because the soup was not "soupy" enough. other than that, i followed the recipe as is and can't say enough about it! really really really good. does take way longer than 30 minutes when you factor in the time it takes to shred the chicken and chop everything...but i'm not bothered by time, just want a quality product and this soup is just that!!!!
