"These turned out great, my husband could have eaten the whole pan. These are VERY minty. I stuck to the recipe except for the mints on top. I would definitely suggest waiting until the brownies are cool before taking them out of the pan. I started to take the brownies out of the pan too early and they almost fell apart. After a couple of hours in the fridge they were just fine.

I couldn't find the raspberry filled chocolate pieces, but I did find dark chocolate bars with a raspberry flavor that I was able to break into small pieces. My cookie came out like a double chocolate chip cookie with a hint of raspberry. I'll probably skip the icing next time. It was ok, but the cookies were perfect without it.
