My Activity

Reviewed Potato Salad

"Awesome! It actually got a big thumb's up from my husband, who historically hates all things potato salad. A pound of bacon doesn't hurt. :) I, too, left out the sugar. "

Reviewed Herbed Pork Paillards with Sundried Tomato Butter and Asparagus

"This was very good. I used olive oil and it turned out fine! Since I was only cooking for two, I will make half the butter next time as there really was an awful lot left over. Also, I made this with Nate
Appleman's recipe for Smoky Glazed Asparagus and that put it over the top!!"

Reviewed Super Nachos

"We've made these for years. Best nachos ever! I just use extra sharp cheddar cheese alone in the sauce and it's perfect! Best thing about them is how you don't feel weighed down after eating them. So good."

Reviewed Black Bean Stoup and Southwestern Monte Cristo Sandwiches

"We've been making this soup for years! Definite keeper. We just do pepper jack grilled cheese sandwiches if we even bother with a side.
Sooo good!"

Reviewed Pepper-Jack Chicken With Succotash

"We loved this recipe. I've made it several times now and to save a couple of dollars and some time, I don't stuff the chicken with the arugula mixture. I just finish the chicken in the oven with pepper jack on top til melted, leaving out arugula all together. Love the succotash with this, as well!

Reviewed Bacon-Herb Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Lemon Glazed Sweet Potatoes

"Because I am cooking for two, I chop two sweet potatoes and only use a quarter of the glaze recipe. Seriously addictive.
