"This was sooooo good.. I used ground turkey breast instead of hamburg and added a wee but extra wine, cinnamon and oregano because I used the the whole pound of turkey instead of half a pound. If you like moussaka, you should try this, it's bomb diggity but give yourself more like an hour and a half rather than 15 mins to prep as this recipe takes"

If you try and move these cookies too early off the cookie sheet, they will completely fall apart. Likewise if you try and adjust them on the plate or the foil and they are not completely cool, they will fall apart as well...anno"

I make this all the time and its awesome as a banana bread or as a carrot bread with raisins/nuts/coconut...its like a mini carrot cake with the cream cheese glaze...perfect when you don't want a whole cake...yummm"
