Reviewed Moussaka

"This was sooooo good.. I used ground turkey breast instead of hamburg and added a wee but extra wine, cinnamon and oregano because I used the the whole pound of turkey instead of half a pound. If you like moussaka, you should try this, it's bomb diggity but give yourself more like an hour and a half rather than 15 mins to prep as this recipe takes"

"These are awesome, light, great texture and pls do yourself a favor and do not omit the lemon zest...If you do, you won't be getting the best possible flavor out of these muffins...love that they are just done in 2 bowls and do not need to get the mixer out like in Ina's coffee cake muffins! Ina is the bomb diggity!!! :)"

If you try and move these cookies too early off the cookie sheet, they will completely fall apart. Likewise if you try and adjust them on the plate or the foil and they are not completely cool, they will fall apart as well...anno"

Reviewed Zucchini Bread With Dried Cranberries and Vanilla Bean Glaze

"This is the recipe from last years FN magazine issue that gives you a standard bread recipe and then you add the fruit/nuts you want. I make this all the time and its awesome as a banana bread or as a carrot bread with raisins/nuts/coconut...its like a mini carrot cake with the cream cheese glaze...perfect when you don't want a whole cake...yummm"
