My Activity

Reviewed Buffalo Wings

"Made this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday, along with Alton's kicked-up Guacamole. BOTH were winners, and so were the Giants ! My 11 yr old son ate half of the wings himself. Thank heavens he doesn't like guacamole ! I will say that I kicked up the hot sauce ratio considerably over Alton's......I used Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce , and it was good stuff""

Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

"This recipe sounds good, I agree with "foodie " from Miami Beach that 4 minutes per side for stuffed pork chops will not fully cook......period.

Finishing in a pre-warmed oven is the way to go for this recipe.""

Reviewed Easy Lemon Pasta with Chicken

"I haven't tried this yet, but I will.........thanks for the tips on the dryness issue..........Always reserve a cup of the water the pasta boiled in, you can make a "sauce" by adding a little of the reserved pasta water towards the end of the dish............You just add "a little at a time" until you get the results you want..............

P.S. I rated this dish because I could not post this tip otherwise................
