Reviewed Stuffed Red Peppers
"This was actually GREAT! I was skeptical trying this recipe because I thought sour cream and soy sauce was a bad combination. I actually substituted the salsa with spaghetti sauce and use cheddar cheese and it worked great.
When preparing it (after the ingredients were all together) and stuffing them into the peppers - the look of the mixture isnt appealing to me. I would definitely recommend this recipe!
