Reviewed Pasta Primavera

"Very good! We all agreed that it only needed half of the goat cheese (2oz). I cut baby carrots into forths instead of using shredded carrots and the larger pieces suited the size of the other veggies well. It did not heat up very well for lunch leftovers though. It dried up overnight and soaked in all the cheese and oil."
