Incredible! This is my new 'go-to' recipe for any 'comin' over quick' guests. Its easy, inexpensive and to die for! I, too, followed the others in letting the thighs cook for a full 20 minutes. The taste was good but the meat was well-done, not medium rare. I should have used a meat thermometer. I had a feeling 450 deg for a whole hr was too long and that assumption was correct. Bummer.
