Reviewed 'Ol No. 7 Yams

"I started making this recipe a couple years ago at Thanksgiving and Christmas and I would be in big trouble with my family if I stopped now. It is a fabulous recipe. There is a lot of syrup leftover and I have just been using it by making extra potatoes. It makes a big dish to share with everyone. I also sprinkle crushed Bourbon Pecans from The Fresh Market on top for crunch and their flavor pairs perfectly with the yams. I love it I love it I love it.
