About Me
The picture I used is my that of my mother in 1951 and very pregnant. Mom was an inspiration to all of her children and taught us to love cooking. she was always in the kitchen. I miss her dearly and wish she could be here to enjoy the new recipes I have developed. Everytime I am in the kitchen cooking I always think of her. So any recipes I post will either be my Mothers original recipes or mine which will always be attributed to her.
