Reviewed Chicken Fried Lamb Chops with Creamy Gravy
"I made this for dinner last night and the lamb was excellent. The breading really complimented the flavor of the meat and was surprisingly not greasy, considering that lamb chops are already a fattier cut of meat.
The gravy I wouldn't rate as highly however, it was bland and uninspiring. I added a liberal amount of nutmeg to compliment the creaminess and it seemed to perk it up nicely. "
Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup
"Made this for dinner tonight with the following changes: omitted onion and cheese, used ground turkey and lamb instead of her suggested meats, used kale instead of her suggested greens, used Imagine no-chicken broth and a bit of Pacific chicken broth (just to use up what was open from dinner earlier in the week.
It was fabulous and will definitely be added to our meal rotation.

Reviewed Barley and Lamb Stew
"Fabulous! Even my son who doesn't eat anything ate an entire bowl (not picky, just not a big eater). My husband also commented that it was "Really good" which is a huge compliment.
I did modify the recipe slight, as we used leftover lamb that my husband grilled so I omitted some of the steps. I also added diced onion, celery and minced garlic, as well as a couple of bay leaves.
Definitely will be added to our rotation of winter foods.
