Reviewed Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham

I make this dish all the time. Sometime I replace the ham with chicken breast - rub with olive oil, salt and pepper then roast in oven, and cut into bite size. I also add smoked turkey sauage fried and cut into bite size.
