Perfect Recipe as always Ina! I added 1 & 1/2 cups of blueberries instead of 1 and followed the recipe exactly. No need to make changes here. I did have to cook the cake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. This is the 2nd time I made the cake and it's PERFECT. I listed the full review on my blog NYC COOKS"

Sandra this is one great recipe! I used these fritters as a base for my appetizer- Crispy COrn Fritters with Smokey Pulled Chicken topped with Cheddar and Cilantro Creme! Aboslutely fabulous!

I omitted the mozzerella from the batter and you need to eyeball the liquid as you add it otherwise your batter may turn out very loose...
